so, as usual, balik sekolah, terus makan nasi depan tv (HAHA) :)
lepas makan, tetibe rasa nak timbang berat je.
and guess what, MAKIN NAIK !!
aritu cakap da naik kan, pastu turun balik, pastu naik balik.
(tapi, tak boleh timbang berat selepas makan ok! )
erghh, kene start balik, aktiviti aritu.
nak tawu ape?
meh, I share. (ecece. nak share tips tapi tak kurus2 gak. bongok!)
1st : dance to korean song
2nd : skip dinner ! makan seimbang time lunch and don't forget to take breakfast !
I buat time cuti sekolah. tapi, disebabkan I tidur pukul 4. so I bangun pukul 12 or 1,
so, i skipped my breakfast. tak sengaja. but, breakfast is important ok !
err, dinner tu, kalau kebulur sangat,
makan je. jangan sampai masuk angin. nanti gastrik lak.
tapi, jangan amik banyak sangat. sikit2 boleh la.
that's all I did, and I managed to lost 3KG in 3 or 2 days :)

because of my schedule, i mean, school schedule + study, takde masa nak buat lama2. tapi weekend boleh !

act, sekarang patutnya bukan waktu online. homework da start wujud balik. so so, bubye . haha :p

act, orang kata kalau nak turunkan berat badan selain jogging or sukan, buat ape2 yang boleh keluarkan peluh dari badan. So, i pun bukak lappy, and pasang video Dance Version (any korean song).
setakat ni, aku just dance lagu SNSD - Oh! , Gee , Genie and Hoot !
sambil2 keluarkan peluh, sambil2 berhibur :)
so, I dance along with them :)
aku buat dalam 2 or 3 jam.
tapi, kadang2 buat dalam 1 jam 30 minit. yang sampai 3 jam tu sebab 1st time practise lagu tuh !
